Privacy policy
This policy explains how Innovative Consulting and Solutions Pty Ltd, trading as Virtual Vendors ("we", "us"), collects and uses personal information when you visit our website, contact us or work with us. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and we keep this short and in plain English.

What we collect
- Enquiries: your name, company, work email and message when you contact us. The enquiry form opens your own email app, so your message comes to us as a normal email.
- Bookings: when you book a call through Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email, phone number and any notes you add, and shares them with us.
- Client work: business contact details and the information needed to deliver an engagement.
- ROI tools: the calculators run entirely in your browser. Nothing you enter in them is sent to us or stored.
- Website analytics: our website host, Wix, records anonymous visit counts. We don't use advertising cookies.
How we use it
To reply to you, arrange and hold calls, deliver and invoice our services, and keep records the law requires. We don't sell personal information. With your agreement we may send occasional insights by email, and you can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host (Wix), scheduling (Calendly), email (Microsoft 365) and our accountants. If you engage us for offshore delivery, we share only what a delivery partner needs, under a written agreement. Some of these providers store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, the Philippines, India and South Africa. We take reasonable steps to make sure they protect it in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted after two years. Client and financial records are kept for seven years, as Australian tax law requires.
Your choices
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing greg.ryan@virtualvendors.com.au. We'll reply within 30 days.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. This version is dated October 2026.
